Selcomm CRM Billing Interface

Selcomm CRM is fully integrated with the Selcomm Billing engine. Whilst billing is typically a completely separate process that occurs in the background and ultimately produces and delivers a bill to the subscriber, within Selcomm™ the bill and it's content is also available through the Selcomm User interface. The distinguishing feature here is that not only a copy of the bill in its physical form, i.e., your customer's copy, is available for display, but the details of the individual transactions, e.g., calls or usage data, and their construct, i.e., Tax and Discounting components, are available online for display as well. As these displays are drawn directly from the Selcomm™ database, the customer care operator has all the information necessary to address most customer care concerns in relation to service charging.

 

In addition, the following features are also available:

  • On-Screen presentation of customer service bill/settlement statement in PDF format for any given period
  • On-Demand print and email distribution capability
  • Drillable views by category, service detail record, and record component (identifying charge, discount and taxation details) for any given period
  • Online display of invoice and receipt information during a statement period for any given period
  • Segregation of item cost and price
  • SP customised messages and graphic presentation on statements
  • Advanced Reporting based on:
    • Aggregated Access across multiple Billing Points within the Entity’s Hierarchy
    • Corporate across a Cost Centre Hierarchy
    • Product, Market Promotion, and or Sales Distribution
