Selcomm™ Sales and Provisioning

The Selcomm™ Sales and Provisioning module caters for medium to large SP requirements to assist in the deployment and tracking of services. Generally, manual or web-assisted self-care is sufficient when dealing with low volumes of customers and services. As these volumes grow, the Selcomm™ Sales and Provisioning module reduces the cost of operation of the SP business by automating and streamlining sales administration and workflow.

 

All aspects of workflow, ordering and provisioning logistics are configured into the Selcomm™ Sales and Provisioning module. Initial entries of customers are maintained along with their status as new service requirements. When new services are allocated, stock items, where applicable, are issued for release from warehouse, to courier, to customer with the appropriate authorisation, event confirmation, escalation, and report processing applied. Integration into the Selcomm™ Customer Care streamlines the final activation of services to the network providing, in total, a highly streamlined flow-through provisioning process.

 

Selcomm™ Order Entry provides a comprehensive, world class order processing solution specifically for telecommunication providers, fully integrated with Selcomm CRM, Selcomm Network/Carrier management, Selcomm Billing and other Selcomm™ modules.

 

The Selcomm suite is available on a per module software licence basis or can be accessed via your existing desktop with a complete outsourced Telecom Billing and CRM bureau
