Selfcare Web Portal
The Selcomm™ SelfCare interface is a web portal that is intended for the use by the Service Proivers's customers for self-service and maintenance. The portal is designed for a customer to login to the system using their account number and password to manage their own services. Management tasks include enquiries to current and past bills, processing of payments online, changing of packages and production of detailed reports in both PDF and excel formats.
The Selcomm™ SelfCare interface is designed in such a way that the functions delivered will meet most of the needs of a service provider with minimal configuration during implementation. Style sheets are available to change overall format such as logo's, colour font definitions, etc. However, as the function calls to the Selcomm™ database is essentially same as those through the Selcomm™ Customer Care user interface almost any Selcomm™ function can be made available through this portal making it an extremely flexible and powerful interface for the service provider.

- Presentation of Bill/Statement summary information
- Download of Physical Bill/Statement in Adobe Acrobat format
- Online payment processing via Credit Card
- Presentation of Usage Details
- Customer Acquisition functionality for service provider's products and services
- Product/Service Management and provisioning for new services
- Definition of Cost Centre Hierarchy for Corporate Reporting
- Download of a number of account and service reports in .csv format
